We have purchased several backseat car hammocks prior to this one all of them only lasting a few weeks before the dogs would manage to break them. We eventually decided to invest in a more expensive option and we’re so happy we did. The Kurgo Heather Hammock has so far outlasted any other we’ve tried by months and still looks new! It’s very good quality. Also comes with a handy bag to keep accessories in.
Even if it does break, Kurgo comes with a lifetime warranty. It fits both our medium SUV and smaller car well.
100% recommend to protect your car from muddy/sandy pups and hair! I would also recommend getting the seatbelt tethers or the crash-tested harness as well to keep your furbabies (and drivers/passengers) safe.

I occasionally transport shelter dogs to their fosters, and fosters to adoption events, as well as driving with my own dogs. I didn't know these were a thing and I'm really glad I got this cover after having to clean up after so many dogs. One of my dogs got sick in the car last week and it saved my seat!

We love this dog hammock. It is very durable and easy to store. Love the look of it too and it fits in our Explorer. The only thing I would like to see is an extended width version of the heater hammock to fit in my F150.
