I picked up the item from the post office and had it set up within 10 minutes, including adjusting the straps. It appears to be well-made, sturdy, and suitable for its purpose. I installed it in my small hatchback for now but plan to move it to a small SUV in a few months. I may update my review later to share how it holds up against an 11.5kg dog and general wear and tear. So far, I'm pleased with the purchase.
Don't mind the sand in the back seat. Living near the beach, it's everpresent.

I’ve been searching for a solution to protect my car seats and prevent my dog from falling into the footwell for quite some time. My dog is an anxious traveller and tends to pace around. On 20/03/25, I ordered the Rover Backseat Bridge. It was dispatched from the warehouse the following day, which is promising. I’ll provide an updated review once the product arrives.

I have a small hatchback and this backseat bridge is perfect for giving my 2 large pups more room in the backseat. They're 50kg combined and the bridge copes just fine. I use it with the benchseat cover, car door guards and the crash tested harnesses.

Finally, someone comes up with a bridge so my poor dog doesn’t keep falling on the floor of the car when she stands up.
It gives her more room to lay and keeps her less anxious when we’re moving.
It’s now a staple for our car :)

Tried this out to see if it'll keep our dog from jumping into the front seat. It works quite well. We have a small hatchback and would work better in something larger. Very sturdy and durable. Bridge is held up with straps around seat/headrest. Nice blocking wall with pocket for armrest. Our dog is small, so we added a blanket to keep her from sliding around.
